SHIPPING INFORMATION
Shipping time is 4-6 weeks for customs
3-4 weeks for PO bows
RETURNS & REFUNDS
Because each bow is handcrafted, curated, and often made with ribbon ordered specifically for your piece, all sales are final. I do not offer returns or refunds for change of mind, sizing, or preference.
In the rare case that your order arrives damaged, incorrect, or is lost in transit, I will absolutely make it right — either by refunding or remaking the bow(s). Please contact me within 3 days of delivery with photos so we can resolve it quickly.
CANCELLATIONS
No cancellations are accepted once an order is placed. Please be sure of your claim before paying invoice
INVOICES & PAYMENTS
I do not go back in and edit invoices once they are paid — what is on your invoice is exactly what you will receive.
Please double-check your shipping address before paying. Address changes can no longer be accepted unless the order has a delayed TAT and has not yet shipped.
